Petey is a male 1 year old Pit Bull Terrier mix mix that is available at the Des Moines County Humane Society in Burlington, Iowa. A meet and greet would be required with any other dogs that would be in a potential adopter's home. He loves to run and play with his toys, a good walk is one of his favorite things to do. Treats are yummy to him, he is just stinking cute! He needs some basic training and he is good to go! Petey came to us as a stray, but seems to be quite the lover. All dog adoptions include the spay/neuter, heartworm test, first two sets of basic immunizations as well as a rabies vaccine and a vet visit. Our adoption fee is $125.00 and all dogs do require an approved application. Please note our adoption hours: Tues-Fri from 3-6pm and from 1-5 on the weekends. We are closed on Mondays!
