Scrappy is a male 2 year old Havanese Mix that is currently available for adoption at the Des Moines County Humane Society in Burlington, Iowa. A meet and greet would be required with any other dogs that would be in a potential adopter's home. Scrappy is a little guy with a big bark and heart! He loves to play and get attention and if he is not getting what he wants will tell you. Scrappy is young enough to train to be a good boy and will love getting the treats when he is.
