River is a 7 month old female Terrier mix. River is active and not sure of why she is here, she walked in with pride and then shut down some. She is happy when she is with people and has figured out we are just here to help, her tail wags now with excitement, and she looks at us for direction. Some basic training and love is what she is seeking.
