Spay/Neuter Program

Spaying or neutering your pet is a big responsibilty, every year cats and dogs have more unplanned litters than rescues have room for.
We understand costs can be challenging for some, but you want to be responsible pet owners!
We have been listening, and we hear you. We have put together a lower cost spay/neuter clinic for the Des Moines County area, we are in the beginning stages an each day we are finding easier and better ways to do this!
We are hoping the program will be up and running by May of 2025!!!

If our vet can not make it the day of surgery and we need to reschedule, we will get a hold of you.

Please email us at DMCHS.lowcost.spayneuter@gmail.com with any questions or concerns. Once we have the application sent to us we will email you if you are eligible with a link to schedule the appointment and pay.
